throughout the UK.
Caroline Bell, the Director of Bell Work Health, has 20 years
experience in providing occupational health services to the private
and public sector. Fully qualified as a Specialist Occupational Health
Nurse Adviser, on Part 1 and 3 of the nursing register, she holds numerous
qualifications including a degree in Occupational Health and an
advanced practice, Nurse Practitioner degree. She has also trained
in Health and Safety, Exercise Rehabilitation, Pain Management
and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Sectors Caroline has provided services to include the construction industry,
motor engineering, food and general manufacturing, energy suppliers, media,
retail,horticulture, foundries, local authority, further education, the police
and ambulance service.
Prior to her occupational health career, Caroline gained a strong
foundation in general hospital nursing and has qualified experience in
general medicine, general surgery, cardiology, intensive care, operating
theatres, gynaecology and accident and emergency. This broad based
clinical background and wide experience of work hazards, management
problems and company cultures underpins her ability to provide
an effective occupational health service.
Passionate about safeguarding her clients, Caroline will not shy away
from discussing difficult issues that may leave organisations vulnerable to
litigation, reduced workforce productivity, poor morale and absence.

occupational hygienists and safety advisers.
